Yes. All the pots in the homes of in Arceus had a part stylized after a Magikarp except for one that appeared to be different/a generic fish.

People took this as a hint as to Magikarp getting a regional form, similar to how the Gen 4 remakes were teased with Hops room having the Croagunk statue from the Great Marsh to tease the Gen 4 remakes.

Ultimately once SV dropped, there was a datamine that showed there was some work done on a new Magikarp convergent/regional form, but it seemingly was replaced with Toedscruel.
