then you can have say sinistcha in back which can gain delphox the hp back

if they have incin you can also lead kingambit

so if they lead incin you get defiant boost

obv dnite lead also works against opposing tailwind

the better idea would be try around stuff in ladder

and you will figure out stuff

Salamance was also strong, but Garchomp very quickly was banned to ubers

I think that's due to the fact that speed tiers have remained mostly consistent so chomp's "fuck you" 102 is always gonna come up, on top of the 100/100 stab it gets to click with no real downside
