I like Tera Electric AV Bolt, I think Electro Web would be a good fit over Volt Switch. In my testing I've found myself wanting an additional source of speed control in addition to Icy Wind and Volt Swotch seldomly came up.
I would do Wisp over Flare Blitz on Incin just to "solve" my match up with Zama. I hate the inaccuracy, but it feels so good when it does hit.
Ogrepon is good as is, having a fast non-Prankster taunter is hella nice
Defensive Tera on Butter Mane is fine. I find I never Tera it for the extra power, it feels like too much of a waste since it often doesnt stick around too long.
