Since its a massive set with an insanely popular set of pokemon headlining it, TPC/TPCi wants to make it as easy to purchase as possible

As in pokemon's case, profit from availability is always going to heavily outweigh fomo

They want people to buy these sets like crazy, yes

But they want everyone to have that option

Because most of pokemon's money is casuals who won't bother with fomo sets
