100 keeps it just out of pika one shot range, so it can buy you a turn
And for only 1 energy it can poke vs slower decks while still being a tank
Kanga is not as good as weezing, not by a long shot
But it's usable
Fetch'd dies to a light breeze and can't one shot most basics
40 hits exactly one key threshold, and that is mankey. And many other mons can deal 40 for 1 energy without being squishy.
