It’s more like I’m saying Gen 2 are ‘average’, vanilla Gen 2 mon still have some pretty great Pokémon, Ampharos, Scizor, Steelix, they cool, too bad they aren’t stuck like that and we have Pokémon like Misdreavus and Stantler that can’t evolve yet
