Both Boxing and Tae-Kwon-Do are supposed to be very quick forms of martial arts, and very taxing on someone if a match goes for too long. It's why practicioners often take breaks after a round to recuperate a little bit before starting round 2.
I think it's even stated that Hitmonchan needs a three-minute break after fighting, which I think is usually how long a typical break in between rounds goes

you don't really need to invest in def but it'd be safer if you don't need the atk

How is some kind of bronze mirror/bell that can call rain, normally something associated with Sinnoh, to be found in places like... literally everywhere in the world.
It made some sense in Black/White, since the Abundant Shrine was a thing. But it feels a little less likely you'd just find this thing in Galar or Paldea. But it's there, for whatever reason.
Only region you can't find it in was Alola, from the looks of it. At least the Sword/Shield 'dex seemed to acknowledge that Bronzong being out-of-place is definitely brought up, saying it was brought there.
