Take with a grain of salt, but for Scarlet and Violet Booster boxes from watching ~6 box openings the "gaurantees" in a box are:
4-5 Secret Rares (FAs, Gold,r Secret Artist Rares)
2-3 Artist Rares
4-5 Ultra Rares
So usually 10-13 hits per box. Secrets also always seem to gaurantee atleast 1 SAR and 1 Gold.

Not sure what coverage Wake has for Gastrodon, but maybe the main Tera will switch from Fire to Fairy/Steel to cover for that
