If you got a lot of cash, either from a lot of Tera Raids you can always shell out for bottle caps
And go do Hyper Training
This'll increase a mon's IV's to the maximum of 31, though this doesn't set their hard-coded IV's to such, so they are still treated as their original value
Most mons you catch in Tera Raid battles also tend to have high IV's, oftentimes reaching the maximum possible.
As for EV training, buying up power items (Stuff like the Power Belt, Power Bracer, etc.) and having mons hold them will increase that specific EV for each battle.

There's usually a lot of groups of mons out there that can give you ample training in for each KO you score. Popular mons to do battle with would be Rookidee/Pawmi/Wattrel for Speed, Yungoos/Tauros for Attack, Gastly/Tatsugiri/Mareep for Sp.Atk, Flabebe/Drowzee for Sp. Def and Bergmite/Nacil for Def
Just keep in mind that every mon in your party gets the EV's, same as EXP, so you'll need to account for that.
If you so wish, I can trade stuff that might make the process of finding ways to train a little easier.
