...And by some, I mean one cause I really didn't know what to do and scrapped some of them.
Armored Strike, a Rock-Type physical move that has 50 or so power. When used, Chesnaught would gain the benefit of the protect status first, then let loose an attack once the turn ends. As per usual, it would fail if used in succession. Meant to be a protecting move that can also keep one on the offensive.
I keep looking at this and I wonder if this is a good idea. But then again, we got stuff like Baneful Bunker, King's Shield and such. An attack that pokes back at the end of the turn for some damage would hardly be suspect
Honestly, the thought of Chesnaught becoming a knight in hulking armor, using something that looks like a length of crystal turned into a lance makes me want to shelf it for this kind of fangame concept and port it to the one I got for a medieval-fantasy world
Plus, it's just a very cool mental image, just shrugging off any incoming attacks, charging ahead to deliver that strike.
