i've hopped into practice tool and in a reasonable fight you'd likely be alternating q and e constantly, cause you likely snared someone and your adc deleted them, so you don't need the e to lock them out more

so i'd say her downtime overall is more like 3 secs or so?

i personally like a bigger downtime cause it leaves me time to think where to reposition to be both safe and throw another spell

q is the dagger throw, she has 2 daggers. If youre hit by one, you bleed, if youre hit by two, the bleeds remaining dmg is done all at once and it does more

W is point click dash at a target, the one with all of the lines pointing to you where Naafiri has the little animation before it

E is dash forward and a small aoe after the dash

R gives you movespeed, vision of the area, and an AD steroid, dealing damage to a player gives you a shield, killing a player resets these effects

her passive is the dogs, they respawn every so often.

Dogs will target whoever Naafiri is autoattacking or any champion hit by naafiri's q (the dogs leap to that person)

the dogs also follow naafiri on during her W, dealing small instances of damage when they hit

when you cast E, the dogs are recalled to you and heal to their full HP

when you cast R, the amount of dogs you can have doubles

there are a few smaller things i missed but this is the gist of it
