dull scarab
This place pretty ded might aswell suggest something like your mods having 23 dangerous scps and only 2 safe scps so I have some ideas for safe class scps:

scp-529. Josie the half cat; it should pretty easy to add or so I think, you could also make a new cheese item for it.

scp-2295. Kairos the bear; you already did 1048 (a bear) so why not Kairos too, and you could get the regeneration or instant healing effect when in a 10 block radius of it.

scp-2952. The Corgi; this might be difficult to make I don't think so but it'd be pretty cool, you could make it 300 or 30 blocks long instead of 30,000 km and you would teleport and travel inside it by right clicking it's holes/doors.

scp-387. Living Lego; this one could appear as a colourful structure and inside it could be a lego box from which small lego figures occasionally emerge, the box could be make breakable and pickable and placeable aswell like scp 079.
