ksp community fixes will help
you can also set the max debris count in the main menu settings
I am talking about KSP2. And i do not have any debris. I have deleted all
My save is currentlt 500+ Mb, not sure if this is consider as big size
Oh oops! I keep mixing up the channels, sorry
OK, found a workaround
Save your game from the VAB, this would largely decrease the save file size
This is likely due to a bug in ksp2 causing repeated logging events
I made a tool to delete repeated events however the bug may reoccur in the future with complex crafts
Tell me if it works for you
I used workaround and now save size decreased to less than 10Mb
Hmm, how many active vessels do you have?
23 and the save hitting 500Mb
Try making a quicksave, deleting those vessels, then save again and see the size
Then load the quicksave if you want to keep the vessels
There's an occasional bug where unneeded data starts getting duplicated in the save file, which causes save file size to balloon rapidly. The data in question can be safely deleted from the save file, and someone made a tool to do this automatically. Lemme see if I can find it.
Yes that's effectively the same tool I referred to him to, just one I made (which also happens a bit more user-friendly)
It only saved ~10 MB
My file size now 12Mb, but as there are many objects in the game, it start lagging. Any workaround?
Idk, I don’t do space stations and surface bases exactly for this reason
