I cant change the attitude of the jet on takeoff, won't pull up well. How do I fix this? I have reaction wheels in the front and back.

reject stabilizers. embrace canard.
put main wings in the back and use the full moving things in the front
- use advanced controls to use canards for pitch, rudder for yaw and main for roll only
