Finally I Bought The KSP 1 On Steam (Turkey Region) And When I Try To Launch It, A Private Division Launcher Or I Don't Know What It Is Runs And It Says Cannot Download Update. I Tried To Use v.1.9.1 On Betas Page On Properties. I Guess That It Could Be Because Of My Country Hard Filtering But I Tried With VPN And The Same Problem. The Difference Was In The Text At The Bottom Of Launcher. It Changed To Downloading Updates And Then It Disappears And The Same Error. Anybody Can Help?

%command% isn't the issue, the problem is whatever working directory the spawning process sets. Steam will always use the launcher directory. There's no reason CKAN would have done the same
