Loading bar stuck on ModuleManager

it have been like this for a while now. see the photo for more info.

note: the most recent thing on the logs were Kopernicus stuff. RSS used to work fine the last session i played it.

it is normal to stuck here for some time if you have simple repaint, like it add repaints every single part lol
