There is no heatshields that can handle that speed when arriving at Earth, or is it? Is there any tips to recommend so I survive the reentry.

You have to break with you engine. I would recommend only with the capsule

I tested my mission and only had 5 km/s of delta V left to brake, if I really try I can save up 7 km/s delta v, but I think it's not enough

Did you watched the pluto mission from TD Channel?. Make something like that
