I am trying to dock with my space station but my relative speed to it is really high. How can I fix this?

You need to accelerate (that is, change speed) relative to the target. With your navball in target mode, you would burn retrograde (decrease relative velocity to the target).

if your approach speed is very high, it probably means you're intercepting the target where your orbits are crossing at a large angle. Instead try to make your orbits touch at a single point and rendezvous there

you can turn off other orbits at the top of the screen

well, if you have a node active the AN and DN will only show from after the node
