It's built with a rovemate, 4 telescopic antenna, functioning RCS, several solar panels (100% electricity), and that m700 survey dish. I finished a contract to install a radiator on it in eva construction, but besides moving it around with RCS and sending telemetry data (using Kerbalism), the probe can't turn on the m700 survey scanner, quoting "unmet requirements." It's on an orbit around the Mun with 82 deg incline and the Apoapis is around 600k with periapsis around 100k.

I wonder if it's just bunk due to not actually having flown it up there in the first place? I did modify the inclination in the save file cuz it was originally set at 62 incline and I felt cheated, lol.

Not experienced much with survey dishes, but can you maybe send a screenshot of it and I can see if theres any mistakes>

the wiki states I should be good between 25k and 1000k, but maybe it's outdated

Wiki says it's good between 80 and 100
