hi, is it possible for me to hire a new pilot, get a rocket, smack it into my current stuck pilot, control stuck pilot, and get back to kerbin?

i will create B to go into orbit, smack A, and then control A to go back down onto kerbin alive

A is stuck in an orbit around kerbin
B will smack into A to hopefully get its PE more into the atmosphere
i will control A to make sure it stays alive and doesnt burn alive
B will die cause i dont care about them

To nudge the old one out of orbit, you can try a prong type craft
