I caught the Radiated Woolybell yesterday by chance, i caught the normal Woolybell about 2 weeks ago in a different area. I started farming Woolybell 20 minutes ago and I came across a Fields Woolybell right away, and then I've logged out/in a bunch of times and haven't seen another Woolybell following the path from the image

Yes, high odds of both spawns being up at the same time, so you have 2 chances each time usually

Very, checking both when one is up will speed up your hunt x2

Catch relog catch, unless buttontail, then catch both spawn locations, then relog. Both spawns are usually up at the same time

Though you only check the other spawn if you find one to begin with, just relog at one spawn location and never run up to check unless you find one where you are.

Also lower your environment details in the graphics settings, helps a lot.

You know the area with aromabug on that flying island with ghosts and a tower? 90% if the time that zone is empty on any layer. I spend 3 hours there refreshing and each time that bug (his different colors)was spawning at the same exact place (its spawning point).
The only time it did not do it was when there was a player farming ghosts or doing the jumping puzzle.
Same with the lil frog pet near small pond.
This was also talked about a cople of times by now

I've been solo in the bee area for leggybug (in the bee area), turtle, and the alamander (in ghost castle). Respawning didn't always spawn a new critter after a long enough time farming.

I've personally never seen a confirmed layer hop spawn a new critter.

But if you want to record your fsrm and send video showing to made it in the same layer twice in a row with an instant respawn that would be good info.

Like im not saying that pet ALWAYS respawn like that. It does only if its not on a cooldown (not captured).

There are two spawns, respawn relies on other people not being in the area, and the area is very popular. This is the only pet you'll have this level of problem with, since the 2 spawns are within said area. The best advice is to camp the 2nd spawn in this video until you see it up (relogging), then run up and catch the other spawn as well, since they're usually both up at the same exact time, which is due to the zone being refreshed by no one being in it.

The tortrock is not as hard as buttontail but is close. I can't find the freaking turtle 40% of the time.

It likes clipping in the ground up till it gets close to its pond entrance. It's a bit slow but relogging by standing on one of the two higher points at the narrow entrance to the pond and waiting for the lil guy to pass is the most consistent way without running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

The fastest strategy is to relog spam at the bottom route until you see one spawned, then go up and check the top spawn since they're usually both up at the same time, usually two chances at shiny each time you find it.

These are the exact routes, use this information to figure out an ideal position for you to quickly check the route each relog.

You can turn down your environment quality to low, it removes all grass like in the video, helps a lot.

The reason you camp the bottom spawn (the second route in the above video) is because the route is much smaller, faster to check before relogging.

They're only that annoying when you make them move out of their routes too much, the best way to catch the turtle is to force him backwards into the log, he gets stuck. (The log is where it initially spawns if no one is around)

Relogging behind the log / near enough to see inside it each time is optimal imo, doing a little jump to check the rest of the route, can wait a moment to see if it'll path back from the far end before hopping

The most important information when going for shiny buttontail, is that you should check both spawns every single time you see one of them up, since both spawns are usually up at the same time.

This doesn't really apply to other pets, since buttontail is unique in that both spawns are within the same zone.

Ya, you can identify the shiny buttontail by the gold on its head, rather than white strands. Also it's usually due to someone up on the trees above you, you can look up to see their nameplate

Good luck! Here's a tip: Try to optimize time spent checking the routes as much as possible each hop, should save a bunch of time

Also turn down your enviroment quality, it'll remove all grass, making it easier to do so
