#Sledding game wont load cause of epic online server issue

1️⃣ Build Number/Game Version: Idk because I cant get to the title screen
2️⃣ Your Region: NA
3️⃣ Overview: My game opens, loads, but says I cant connect to epic online services before I can get to the title screen. I don't know why, i'm playing on steam windows 10, I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling and such already. I also talked to sledding jared about this and he is also unsure
4️⃣ Current Behavior: My game opens, loads, but says I cant connect to epic online services before I can get to the title screen.
5️⃣ Intended Behavior: my game loads and goes to the title screen
6️⃣ Steps to reproduce: idk, my game just did this as soon as it opened as soon as I installed it. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that I also have access to the game through xbox pc game pass, but I don't know for sure
7️⃣ Frequency: always, as soon as I installed the game
8️⃣ Player Logs: cannot access as I cannot get to title screen
9️⃣ Screenshot/Video: already there

I checked game files and couldnt find a logs thing so..

i have this same problem but im on windows 11 and am not using gamepass to play i bought it on steam. the first time i launched the game it worked but then the second time i got this exact same error when loading

I also bought it on steam but I think xbox could be interfering

also the reason why i had to restart is because i couldnt host a server, it kept giving me an error. im assuming that the errors are related

are you connected to a wifi or are you connected by like a wired ethernet type setup

I have the same issue both on Windows 11 and on Ubuntu 25.04, been hunting for a fix and nothing seems to work
