My game freezes a lot on floor 850 of the infernal castle to the point that it only resolves when I close and reopen the Roblox game. Also, I can't earn more than 100.00Xc gems. Is this a bug?

850 floor in infernal castle have glitch health and the guild donation becomes infinite but doesn't upgrade and lost all gems that got donated the gems and cash does not increasing its stay 100XC

Please fix this, every time I get to floor 850 even with very little shadows the game freezes, even under these conditions I went to floor 851 and it only got worse.

Please improve the hard key for the winter event; every time I try to log in it's impossible to play. They said they improved the FPS, but it's a thousand times worse. My phone isn't even close to being bad to be experiencing this FPS drop.
