Are you using your sword against the mob? If so, walk away and let your Shadows do dmg. Remember, your shadows gain XP basis on the damage. If it is stuck even without doing these things, go ahead and unequip the shadow and re-equip it. If all else fails, try to open a ticket in #╭📝・support

I was using Solo Rune to the DD Mori Dungeon, you know what happened? It didn't drop any single weapon and dungeon doesn't change to DD, so if any of you experience the same problem as I am, do not use mobs change rune on DD to avoid bugs

Before I was able to leave the PC with the game running in the background on overnight and wake up to the rewards, now it automatically kicks me and I have to rejoin manually every single time. Unsure whether or not the game has to run in the foreground as the active window or if perhaps the PC isnt alloswed to go in standby mode over time. Go into your settings and make sure that Auto attack is on, once on test with your shadows to see if they would auto attack. Test it about for a minute, If it does not attack. Go ahead and rejoin the game. Aka the Grey cogwheel

Are you using the Skip Loading feature? If so, I would try to avoid using it. Right now what is happening you are stuck loading assets for the game. Best way to do is the following, Make sure you fully load into the other game first, then proceed to rejoin back into this game. If the other fully loads with no problem, then this game should as well and you just have to wait for a bit. If this doesn't work, just take a break from this game for about 5 minutes or so and then try again to rejoin.

Your character was hitting a mounted state which is not possible. Therefore the only explanation for it, was your character on the ground. But for you it became a visual bug. If you rewatch your video again, you can see your character swinging by the white flashing on your arms. If you can recreate it again, please do so and it would be looked at by a dev.

Actually it can be fixed if u stop auto click (tip) to those who bugs through the floor
