If the Double Dungeon door isn't opening, the most likely case is that your Double Dungeon is conflicting with something within the Dungeon itself and not letting you in. Therefore, I think of two things. Leave the dungeon and run back in to do it again and or See if you can run inside of the door. Or hold it fully open.

Okay, so just to be clear. Did you check the shop and make sure it was on green with the checkmark? Then you checked your settings and see it was on. Walk around for a bit to see if your shadows were fighting by itself and you not clicking. Once done, if they do not attack, walk around for a bit and then rejoin[It'll take a while to verify thus why you walk around for a bit.]

If the other fully loads with no problem, then this game should as well and you just have to wait for a bit. If this doesn't work, just take a break from this game for about 5 minutes or so and then try again to rejoin.
