It's a internet bug I been dealing with it for 5 years restart your modem unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in

It's a bug when joining new severs if join a pre-existing server you won't have the problem like joining a friend but if you try to make a new server sometimes it'll say it failed to connect so my best advice to you is to try to mediate the problem by restarting your router or modem

Not guaranteed sometimes I have to restart mine at least 10 times or 20 times depending on how bad it is a day

Try to join the game on your phone or try to join a private server cuz if you want a server manually instead of just clicking the join button you might have a good chance to getting to the dungeon or just to test it to see if it works on your phone compared to your PC
