The best way to farm legendary dust is to use the drop chance build, use double weapons with loot X and loot aspect V, and do a lot of dungeons.

The best way to farm legendary cores is to have max drop chance build and do dungeons with core runes. If you want to get max legendary cores in 1 run, then you need to use 4 more room runes, 1 core rune and 1 double dungeon rune. For this, you need atleast a 4k% drop chance. You also need to do high rank dungeons. Use dual wield weapons with Loot X and Loot aspect V.
