First you need a dps of 100nohag+, secondly get a team of 6 people around you're dps, enter chaotic rush all use dps until wave 88 then every single player should be using blood weapon and dual equip if you're on wave 88 with 16+ montues remaining you have already won.

you need the dual preset gamepass, make a team for DPS on one of the presets where you choose the meta talents in the pins. Make a team and put a shortcut for easy switching to that DPS team. Then, you want to switch to a different talent preset and make sure to choose the blood weapon talent and dual weapon talent, equip the shadow/crimson fangs as one the weapons and make it another team with a shortcut
