Only way to get them is from the battlepass, so grind daily and weekly quest, reset them, have shadows on expeditions in the background and you’ll reach max in like a day if the quest you get are bad and you do it during a weekday

That’ll help you get battlepass levels and you’ll reach max also can use tickets to skip levels

You'l lhave to then swap to bw around the map and kill each shadow....People grind it for 4-5hrs, if you want to spend that much time, it's possible.
