basically it hits everything around you base on your shadow reach level stats, meaning if you put more points in it you can reach the whole island with 1 sword swing

umbral step is for shadow build, blade tempest is for melee build, eventually you will want enough tickets to unlock a second set of talents so you can swap between 2 builds
