If you're low on dust Twin Colossal Sabers from Lucky Kingdom only requires common dust for enchants
Buy core runes and have DD runes on hand
Use drop chance relics, titles, potion etc.
Go into a dungeon and use 1x Core Rune + 1x DD rune (preferably high room dungeons are nice)
Core runes do not stack only use 1
