That's because you're investing everything on the weapon, not the shadows. Shadows can easily reach Qavg, Qivg dmg. Weapons can only go so far in the endgame trust me

It depends, do you have every secret gacha? do you have every gm+ relic for drop chance and shadow level? +titles you need too. Also its important ur max level too, so unless you have the need for shadows right away, try to finish up maximizing everything first before transitioning to shadow (also rot orb is non-negotiable) you need it.
