me personally i put as many points in as I can or i max the stat, but since you're not close to max level yet if you want to play with exp stat too then just put enough in so you can still have decent damage and speed, however you feel comfortable playing

With only 3-4 spd you must swap between blood weapon every min ,i'd recommend doing 10+spd to easily kill boss. w/o blood weapon.
