For example, you have 13 M+ summer monarch and all of them has base 1.30 NO dps and you add another 3 more, that puts you on 16 M+ Summer Monarchs with base 1.30 No

but if you clicked the shadow levels instead, your Summer Monarch's base would quadruple if you equip another +10 shadow level relic thus, increasing your dps by over 20x.

So relic slot is way better than shadow slot in talents
