i am really loving this game so far, though i'm not super far into it, so maybe I just haven't gotten to the point where this is available and it already exists. But, I think it would be really fun and cool to be able to designate certain bookshelves as being for certain genres, like how the used bookshelves are. The genre names could be at the top of the shelves, so things could be even more organized. I think it'd add a nice layer of realism while not being too micro-managey, as it could be an optional thing!

You'll unlock genre specific shelves at a high enough store level. There's shelves so far for Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance and Horror. Hopefully more coming. You'll also get hanging signs you can label how you want that you could put over the shelves and write the genre on them.
