Today I downloaded the Cafe Update. I played for about two hours before building it, and on the very first day I opened it, I now have several customers who aren't moving. They're standing in line but not ordering anything, and they're standing in front of the bookshelves without looking at anything.

Day 2: No buggy customers, but a croissant on the counter that I can't remove 😅

I had this same problem with frozen customers But started with two Cashier counters. And a game crash/super lag from a stuck croissant, where the coffee placement should be, on counter from a customer who only ordered a croissant. Game had not autosaved so I was able to roll back to before the blip.

Can you play a previous save?

I put the cafe counter back in a box and won't place it again until the bugs are fixed. Since removing the counter, there haven't been any more bugs. So it was simply too early for the cafe update. Without cafe staff, I find the job very stressful anyway, and you eventually get a headache from constantly having to tab out of the cash register to place the dishes, only to have the animation come back to the register to ring up the customers. That needs some work; otherwise, it's a great idea.

I’m currently have the same issues with people bugging out when customers are in cueue for the cafe which then making customers bug out at my book shelfs to

when everything bugs out... are you able to save the game in a different save slot... eg 2... then go to the file location and copy 2.dat file and paste here

I’ve just had the same problem and his time with more people glitched and stopped having customers for a whole hour on game time much was odd. I’m trying to figure out have I locate the saved file to send over but I can’t seem to locate it

depending on were you saved it .. it will be 2.dat or 3.dat etc

this is the only thing i can send over as the save file for the bug wont let me copy it so not sure how to go about it as this might not show wat sort of bug i am experiencing

Morning all! I've pushed a build up to Experimental that contains some fixes for stuck customers. If those who have seen them in their own saves can swap over to Experimental and run through a couple days to see if you still see any stuck customers, that would help!

I switched to experimental mode, and it seemed to fix the issue for me. tyvm 🙂
