When using V to place the candy boxes down, clicking to place it also grabs a candy from the box every time.

This is a slightly more complicated issue with overlapping hotkeys and cannot be easily solved right now. Thanks for the report.

i understand what is happening but is not a bug persay.. try to make sure your mouse dot is on the cardboard box part.. sometimes its fiddly for sure

I just figured that out too, still a bit frustrating. I think I've had the same thing happen once or twice with book boxes but thought I just pushed extra buttons. Just seems to happen way more with the candy

Easiest way to avoid this is simply closing the box with 'F' before setting it down

It pissed me off one day too so I just started closing all the boxes and it worked fine haha

I've noticed tho, it's any small items. Never books, in my experience lol

for sure, candy seems to do it the most for whatever reason though
