when i set up my form and the fields when people put in their answers it doesn’t come up in the ticket embed i tried putting “ticket.form” in a field but it didn’t work and it will only let me do it to one pls help

ticket sucks fr i hv created all forms attached it with options and when im trying to send the panel it jus aint responds wid any single thing
