I was able to won my last game with economy victory on Online speed and noticed that Great Banker (GB) provide 1000 GDP per usage which is look too much on Online speed (I probably have around of 100 GDP per turn total). I believe it might came from this ability not adjust to the game speed. I am pretty sure 500 GDP per usage is good enought for Online.

I've already reported the same thing as a bug. It really is totally busted since it doesn't scale by speed. This also means it's weak on Epic and Marathon.
Note that it's not just 1000 GDP one time, it's 1000 GDP every second turn for at least 3 turns. Which could almost double your total GDP on Online speed and just secure an instant win, especially when combined with the other Triumph that also gives 1000 and doesn't scale.
