Demolish or move buildings

I think it should be possible to demolish a building and rebuild it on another tile. I mean, plans change.

I do think it should only be for warehouse buildings

I'd like to be able to demolish old buildings from previous eras to return the tile back to rural

I hadn't thought about this - i'm not sure if I agree or not, but a similar thing I definitely want to be able to do is build a wonder over an obsolete quarter
