Hello, My name is @sinful mountain and I've been playing the game in multiplayer since release, I want to premise this feedback by saying that I do like the game a lot, we play every patch drop with a lot of enthusiasm and we play at least a few matches every time.
Right now my main concern is this, there has been some issues since launch on multiplayer that are not even being addressed so I'll do my best to list them, and to the best of my ability, provide with as much constructive feedback as I can. Bear in mind all of these bugs we noticed them only in multiplayer.

Carthage:
- 🚩 settlers do not gain +1 pop when settling near resources. They built the settlement just as a normal settler. No bonuses.
- 📖 Sicilian war politic have failed to provide the relic slot with all the conditions met.

**Mementos **:
They are only available to choose at the creation of the initial lobby, but can not be changed between eras like it does in single player, I do not know if this is by design or not, but should be stated somewhere or fixed. -
**Ruins on large map
**: For some reason we did not found any and I mean 0 discovery places on both our matches on mp, they were not present in any of the two continents. We have tested on standard map and they still appear. -
Founder starting on rivers/resources:: initial spot for founder on an impossible to found capital on large maps. (seeing a pattern here...). In the uploaded image I started on the rice and decided to go down to start my empire 😓.

- **New map sizes:

The introduction of Large and Huge maps leave us with a indifferent taste since they essentially do nothing on multiplayer yet, you have the same amount of players (AI or not), we were waiting on this to make a 4 vs 4 vs 4 but that will have to wait.
**- Distant land start:
**
There is not a lot of info on this, we noticed you can and will start in the "distant lands" in mp, but it is not controllable and the distribution pretty random, we played twice on a Large map.
In the first match 3 players and 5 AIs, we started with a distribution of island A 1 player and 3 AIs and island B with 2 and 2, which was great honestly, we fell it was balanced as we were the awkward number of three human players.
The second time whoever, we were 4 human players and the distribution was 3 human players and 1 human and 4 AIs, which is completely unbalanced and also completely out of our control.
Suggested solution: make distant lands start something you have more control over, like selecting if it's even possible to do it and if it's forced, make it more balanced in the sense that it's the same amount of human players per isle or closest possible and also number of Leaders in general.
- **New advanced game options:🛠️ **
They are just straight up not available on multiplayer, this is not mentioned in the patch notes and it's a big letdown since it hinders our ability to customize our gameplay sessions.
Things missing so far are:
*Legacy on/off
*One more turn
*Crisis on/off
