i dont want to continue playing the same game forever.
what i want is to win ON my TERMS, that means if it takes 1,000 turns to get a domination victory. then yes i will play 1,000 turns but i want a clear winner in the end
im sick and tired of playing a great multiplayer game against someone, and we are on pangea plus trying to do a domination victory and the GAME abrubtly ends at turn 180. in the modern age. incredibly frustrating.

Good news, they are working on improving the age end mechanics for July patch.
Presumably there will be a countdown so the age ending isn't as sudden.
Also they are adding game setup options in this upcoming June patch, to disable legacy paths (and score victory i think) so maybe that will do what you want too.
You can also enable extended age (if you haven't done so already) to give you more time. I feel like maybe you already did because turn 180 is already pretty late.

ya i did. the long age. me and a friend were playing a 1v1 trying to win a domination against each other and the game just ended. really annoying
