Very good point! I suspect however, that a better, more direct route to getting specific issues like inaccurate/obsolete Civilopedia entries fixed is to file a Bug Report (make sure to pick the issue type "Text" in the drop-down). Feedback posts get gathered up and summarized to Design team to potentially include in future plans, whereas Bug Reports create a tracking ticket, get assigned for investigation, triaged, and assigned to dev to fix.
I think filing a text correction Bug Report should hopefully be relatively straightforward. (Unlike a more complicated gameplay bug/issues, where the Bug Reporting process can be more involved since it may require more information to accurately convey the relevant context to investigative team)
My suggestions on what to include in Bug Report:
- an annotated screenshot like the one you've got here showing the issue with the current text
- make sure to specify which specific Civiliopedia page it's on
- and if possible a description or reference to what the corrected text should/would say
Gameplay -> Military:
- Razing penalty no longer grants free War Support against you and instead now just doubles the usual Influence penalty from conquest for the rest of the Age.
