Unfortunately you'll have to be patient. But we do know that Hotseat IS officially on their roadmap for "Beyond April" as you can see on the roadmap infographic they published back on Feb 27.

I suspect it's a non-trivial feature to implement, so unlikely to come un-announced in a minor patch. When they get Hotseat implemented I'm pretty sure it'll be one of the big "features" they call-out in patch previews/announcements, so keep an eye out for those.
