There are many people complaining about diplomacy, saying that the AI gets angry about things the AI itself does, such as founding a town next to your capital. However, many of us understand this as damaging the relationship between the two peoples. Despite understanding it this way, I would like to be able to use grievances more discretionarily, since that's how international relations actually work. A leader isn't going to declare war simply because people don't like another civilization.

That's why I'd like to propose a system of Grievance Points. These points could be used discretionarily to sanction, denounce, or even gain military support for little or no Diplomatic Influence cost.

That is a great idea. For simplicity, maybe it can make those type of actions 50% for X amount of turns rather than implementing another form of currency (grievance points).

And I don't know why there isn't an option in diplomacy when they settle near you an option like in civ 6 where you can tell them not to settle city's near your borders that's not something impossible to add in diplomacy and even more option where u can interact with other leaders I miss this interactions
