New update with ships dispersing independants is bugged

Update allowing boats to disperse independent settlements is bugged and allows the boat to disperse the settlement even when there are units inside of it. Ships being able to disperse is a great change, but this effect where they can disperse any settlement even without fighting it is obviously unintentional because you should have to kill the units inside to disperse first. Attached image is my cog just dispersing a independent settlement without fighting the units stationed in it.

ive reported bugs to the website there before and one of the 2k reps who replied told me they preferred reports on discord

Feedback very much should be here, bugs should not - could you send me where you were told this and I’ll pass it on
