You can send him in place of hacking missions and it would complete it for you, but two heros have to come back first from being dispatched

I imagine he and Prism would be friends via being musicians and she set him and Flambae on a blind date together

Then later on when he gets signed into the phoenix program (I have it where he originally was a vigilante for the longest time and signed a deal with the city that he wouldn’t be arrested for vigilantism if he joined the phoenix program) he’s just absolutely taken aback that Flambae’s a former villain
