Made some changes to the mask model to make it more accurate, and finally added some extra LEDs to the cheeks!

# blazing kestrel what LEDs do you recommend?

I used whatever I had on hand which was a couple of Ice Blue 5mm LED diodes soldered to a simple 3x AA battery pack from a Dead Space helmet I worked on at some point, added an extra red one, positioned them and it worked out.
It depends if you can do your own soldering, or even just cable splicing (solder seal wire works too if you don't have an iron).

If I were to just buy things without any experience or tools for it, I'd just go with something as simple as this (already has the battery pack pre-soldered, and can disconnect) then just angle it so it lights things up inside somewhere: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005010248554864.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.7.3ce2uFGIuFGIbH&algo_pvid=70b0216a-f82f-46de-a600-f898397ab6a5&algo_exp_id=70b0216a-f82f-46de-a600-f898397ab6a5-6&pdp_ext_f={"order"%3A"20"%2C"eval"%3A"1"%2C"fromPage"%3A"search"}&pdp_npi=6%40dis!EUR!2.99!2.99!!!3.40!3.41!%40211b807017650266297456152e75cb!12000051674029228!sea!LT!803027198!X!1!0!n_tag%3A-29919%3Bd%3A352af9f%3Bm03_new_user%3A-29895&curPageLogUid=tCIl3xFwEBPc&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch|query_from%3A|x_object_id%3A1005010248554864|_p_origin_prod%3A

I also found these mini LED thingies not long ago and they seem like they'd be pretty much perfect for the red LED (built in tiny battery, small size, button), just attach them to the middle of the Target eye with some double sided tape: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007089886187.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.407938dagObzxT&mp=1&pdp_npi=5%40dis!EUR!EUR 2.06!EUR 1.55!!EUR 1.55!!!%40211b61d017660991104104338e5325!12000039362943782!ct!LT!803027198!!1!0

Trickiest thing is probably not getting blinded by the set up.

If you're doing black mesh on the Left eye, a single 5mm LED attached to the middle works great, learned that from seeing people make Psycho masks from Borderlands, and you get tons more visibility. That's how I set up my latest mask
