New Fireplace Item Glitched?

When you go to purchase the item in the Build Menu it shows it lit but once its placed, there is no flame and no button prompt to light it. :c

Also I was just wondering if we would be possibly getting more light objects? We have the candelabra but they can't actually be lit? So having more objects like them but also have them be light-able would be really nice. 🩷
am totally not a decor/design nerd xD

Rather than make another post I wanted to mention that it appears the multiplayer is still glitched for certain folks when it comes to Trust Level. I play with my two partners and one is leveling fine but the other is stuck at zero. 💔

This is after he's logged and swapped appearances btw.
Is this still an issue that's being looked into?

yeah, we did just put in some fixes for that as well. can the host (you i assume) file a bug report and then with some sort of matching codeword in the title?

it's one of those issues where we're playing whack-a-mole with causes, especially as we got the cross-world XP in so fast!

is the other switching PCs by any chance?

Uhm, what would I file the bug as category wise?
Also it sends a screenshot it looks like but it won't show the issue on my end, should he do it as well with the same title?

just put it under misc

you will have logs for the people playing with you!

so it'll be helpful for us to see the host and client side

a weird thing - we are thinking it's an issue w/ the characters unlocked with the class progress, so it might work if they play as a base character!

So he's trying to increase Trust with Aerion.
Does that mean he should play with the base skin or as a base appearance instead?

we believe this issue is just for characters unlocked that way - so any of the base characters should be fine

Hey hun'~
So I'm encountering as bug now where my classes are not leveling even when I level weapons for them. >< Started happening earlier tonight. Have relogged and come back twice and its still broken. ;;

It gives me a prompt for a Class Level Up but then nothing is there.

You can see in the first screenshots there the Champions Bardiche is unmastered. I just mastered it, leveled up but did not gain a Class Level Up. So my game is glitched. ;;

I'm afraid to keep playing because no weapon masteries are counting to class level ups at this point which is a large chunk of the game. 💔
