#Dodo merchant support

- Indonesia support is not स्पष्ट in public docs right now.
- Dodo generally supports global merchants, but approval depends on KYC + risk checks.
Typical requirements:
- Valid ID (passport or national ID)
- Business details (or individual signup is allowed)
- Bank account for payouts
- Website/app + product description
- Compliance review (KYC/KYB)
Possible limitations (region-dependent):
- Payout methods/currencies may be limited
- Higher review scrutiny during onboarding
- Some product categories may be restricted
👉 Best next step: apply and go through onboarding, or contact support to confirm Indonesia eligibility before integration.
where can I contact support?
@south stirrup We support Indonesian merchants
anything I should know before using your service?
I read reviews from sources (e.g TrusPilot) that there are people experiencing payout hold, some even got their account closed without notice.
I've also read the good reviews.
So it's kind of mixed reviews.
I'm staying neutral since different merchant may have different experience, and the bad reviews may caused by their own negligence. Hence, I want to make sure on the things I should and shouldn't do.
For example, if my type of business is not supported (or flagged as suspicious) by Dodo's policy, then I want to know it before hand
I see.
I think it's easier if I explain my business and let you review it here. Would that be better?
No. Please explain your business to the compliance team directly.
Not on Discord.
got it. how can I contact the compliance team?
